What lease terms are offered?
We allow two small pets (upon approval) under 35 lbs, with a $300.00 refundable deposit per pet. There is also an additional $25.00 pet rent per pet added to your monthly rent.

Are pets allowed?
Each unit gets one covered parking space, and additional parking is available in the uncovered area for additional vehicles and guests.
What type of parking is available?
Rent is due the 1st day of every month. If the rent has not been received by the 5th day after the rent due date, tenant will be assessed the late fee and an additional assessment fee for every day any rent and/or charges remain unpaid or not paid in full. We accept payment via check or money order in the office, or you can pay your rent on our tenant portal in Rent Manager.
